We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Care Workers to join our team in Limavady/Dungiven. This role involves providing high-quality support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. All positions are paid, and offer an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised care plans tailored to each individual's needs, including assistance with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support Service Users with medication administration and health monitoring as required
- Assist with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive environment
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Document care activities accurately and report any concerns to senior staff

- Running 4/3 rotas both full time and part time available

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: -
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided

Essential
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Great communication skills
- Able to promote and deliver person centered care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised/professional/caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
- Care about the community they live in
Desirable
QCF level 3 in H & SC
Previous paid caring experience
